Gloria Wesley is an Air Force Veteran, a visionary, a disruptive thinker, and a multi-industry-credentialed professional with more than 25 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Gloria is widely recognized for her ability to bring order out of chaos and for her unique foresight in transforming complex challenges into strategic opportunities. Her expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), leadership development, and enterprise transformation enables her clients to streamline operations, enhance profitability, and achieve measurable results.

Gloria is recognized as a champion of inclusive economic empowerment. She founded the Closing the Entrepreneurial Gap™ initiative, in partnership with Bank of America, which provides education and access for underrepresented entrepreneurs.

Beyond her leadership, Gloria is deeply invested in community service and economic development. She served as a Board Member of the Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce, a FUSE Executive Fellow, Chair of the City of Statesboro Business Commission, a SCORE Mentor, and former Vice-Chair & DEI Ambassador of SCORE Atlanta. As a former National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council Member, she has championed equity, entrepreneurship, and small business advancement at the national level.

Her academic foundation includes studies at Strayer University, the University of Southern Mississippi, Tougaloo College, and the Community College of the Air Force. She is also an alumna of elite programs, including the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Program, the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University, and the NMSDC Capital Readiness Program.
