Gloria Wesley (formerly Strauthers) is a U.S. Air Force Veteran an acclaimed business transformation leader with over 25 years of cross-sector experience in public, private, and nonprofit operations. As the CEO of Exodus Management and Consulting, LLC, she helps organizations streamline systems, develop inclusive leaders, and drive sustainable growth through business process optimization, strategic operations, and workforce development.
Certified in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Gloria is also an IBM-certified cybersecurity professional and a Maxwell Leadership Coach. Her firm serves clients in government, higher education, healthcare, and small business, with a focus on equity-centered policy, digital transformation, and performance excellence.
A recognized thought leader and dynamic speaker, Gloria has shared her insights at the ISSA North America Tradeshow, Cleaning Festivals, and the Cleaning Buildings Conference. She is a contributor to publications like Facility Decision, GaBiz, and Executive Housekeeping Today, and a guest on podcasts such as Cleaning Up with Sales, RemixEQ, and The SCRUB.
Her leadership extends to community impact as a FUSE Executive Fellow, Chair of the City of Statesboro Business Commission, NSBA Leadership Council Member, and Board Member of the Statesboro Chamber of Commerce. She has participated in elite programs including the Nasdaq Milestone Program, Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell, and the Capital Readiness Program.
