Gloria Wesley is a visionary leader, dynamic speaker, and accomplished business transformation expert with over 25 years of cross-sector experience spanning public, private, and nonprofit industries. As the Founder and CEO of Exodus Management and Consulting, LLC, Gloria empowers organizations to solve complex problems, streamline operations, develop inclusive leaders, and achieve sustainable growth.
A U.S. Air Force Veteran and certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP), ISSA CMI Professional Trainer, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), cybersecurity (IBM), and Maxwell Leadership coaching, Gloria brings a unique blend of operational excellence, systems thinking, and people-centered strategy to her work. She has successfully led initiatives in corporate strategy, leadership development, process optimization, and equity-centered policy, with a focus on empowering diverse businesses and underrepresented communities.

This groundbreaking effort, supported by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Merrill Lynch, and Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE), provides critical business education to emerging entrepreneurs from underserved communities.
Gloria’s leadership extends beyond the boardroom. She has served as a FUSE Executive Fellow, Chair of the Statesboro Business Commission, Vice-Chair and DEI Ambassador at SCORE Atlanta, and a past Leadership Council member of the National Small Business Association (NSBA), where she championed policies that advance equity and opportunity for small businesses nationwide. She is currently a board member of the Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce.

Gloria is an alumna of Strayer University, the University of Southern Mississippi, Tougaloo College, and the Community College of the Air Force. She has furthered her expertise through prestigious programs, including the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Program, Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University, and the Capital Readiness Program (NMSDC). She is a Certified ISSA CMI Professional Trainer within the cleaning industry.
