Founded in 2016, Exodus Management & Consulting, LLC began as a boutique leadership development firm in Brooklet, Georgia. Today, from our headquarters in Statesboro, we partner with clients across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors.
A certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Woman-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran–Owned firm with Capital Readiness Program (CRP) certification through the NMSDC, Exodus is built on credibility, connection, and results.
