After 25+ years breaking barriers as a high-performing leader across public and private sectors, I confronted the same hard truths: limited access, unequal opportunities, and leadership that fell short of its values. These experiences ignited my passion to lead with purpose, cultivate inclusive cultures that advance equity, and foster meaningful connections between people and processes.
As a natural disruptive thinker, this passion inspired me to found Exodus Management & Consulting in 2016, a firm dedicated to helping organizations close the gap between intention and action by connecting people and processes.
